We’re hiring a Client Success Manager

NestEgg is hiring a Client Success Manager. The salary is £27,500 with a pension matched to 4% of gross salary.

The role is 100% remote / home based.

We are looking for a full time employee, but may consider fewer hours or a job share.

About the role

NestEgg software helps our responsible lender clients grow their loan books. Client success means supporting these lenders by maximising the benefits from our Decision Engine, Workflow and Mobile app.

The focus is lending. Therefore the Client Success Manager must be a subject matter expert in all things credit related. Having extensive knowledge of credit risk, including being able to understand credit reports and know how the wider lending market operates is essential. In fact this is more important than experience in a previous support role, provided you can demonstrate good customer service skills.

If you’re a proactive and growth minded individual with a passion for fairer finance, then we’d like to hear from you.

How to apply

Read the job description and person specification below. Then send your CV together with a document that explains how you meet the person specification. That document should address each of the 13 points with no more than 100 words for each area addressed.

This should then be emailed to adrian@nestegg.ai. Please use this email if you’d like to fix an informal discussion before applying.

The closing date is: 17:00 Friday 22nd April.

First round interviews via Zoom week commencing 25th April.
