Find an affordable loan from a lender you can trust

Most of our partner lenders operate locally. So start by entering your address. NestEgg then quickly displays which lenders you could apply to.

By entering more details, like your work situation, you can unlock additional loans. For example, some lenders offer discounted rates if you work for a certain employer. To check your eligibility, some loans will require additional information which you can supply by clicking on ‘Am I eligible?’

Finally, using the sliders, select how much you want to borrow and over how many months. Use these filters to refine the list of loans you qualify to apply for.

By clicking ‘What are my chances’ on a loan and answering a few simple questions, you can find out how likely you are to be accepted.

To find out how likely you are to be accepted, NestEgg carries out a so-called ‘soft credit check’ based on your credit report. Importantly, this check has no impact on your credit score.

NestEgg uses this information to assess the likelihood that you’d be accepted for a loan for the amount you want from your chosen lender.

Loans are sorted according to the likelihood that you would be accepted. Loans are ranked by what they'll cost you in total, cheapest first.

You can choose to apply for a loan you’re be likely to accepted for (green) or a loan where there’s a reasonable chance you would be successful (amber).

The lender will make the final decision, so there’s no guarantee that you will get the loan. However if we show that your chances are ‘good’ you’re very likely to be accepted.

When you apply for a loan, a hard credit check is carried out by your chosen lender. They will contact you if they need further information or to tell you if your application has been successful.
