Your digital marketing strategic Game Plan is a step-by-step blueprint for attracting and retaining more members for your credit union.
What is a Game Plan?
We build upon the analysis we do for the Kick-start assessment by adding comprehensive, step-by-step process maps for digital marketing improvement, including social media, content and email marketing initiatives, measurement and resource allocation (including a paid promotion plan).
Our final deliverable is a detailed strategic plan for how to improve your digital marketing over a 12-month period (versus the assessment, which provide 60-day recommendations). The digital marketing Game Plan also includes recommendations for technology, personnel, budget, metrics and all other components necessary to tackle a robust improvement effort.
This is the program that has the most impact for our credit union clients.
How it Works
We begin with a comprehensive discovery session where we work with you via phone and virtual meeting to learn about your organisation, your goals, your members, and your existing digital marketing efforts. You also supply us with critical data we need to create the Game Plan.
Interviews, progress check-ins, etc. are all conducted virtually and the final Game Plan is presented on-site at your location (you also receive all project materials and findings electronically).
The timeline for producing the Game Plan is typically 45 days.
Your investment in a strategic Game Plan is around £5,000 excluding VAT dependent on your credit union's asset size. You do not need to have completed a Kick-start assessment to qualify for the Game Plan program but if you have you will be eligible for a discount.
Once we've completed a Game Plan you will have the option to engage us to help you implement the plan through our Level Up program.
